CS6 Application Error The application was unable to start correctly

Hello experts,

After the installation of Adobe Photoshop CS6, I keep getting this error message whenever I start CS6 (64Bit).

 

How can I fix this error?

 

I reinstalled this application but the same error appeared.

 

Any idea would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Eliza,

Regarding to your problem, did you use any illegal contents to be able to install your Adobe Photoshop CS6?

The reason why you are having that kind of error because the "amtlib.dll" is being replaced. In 64 bits since replacing "amtlib.dll" may cause you this kind of error because this method is not working in 64 bit its only working in 32 bits. 

So now that you know the reason why you're having that error whenever your launching the Adobe Photoshop CS6 you can now fix it by downloading a "amtlib.dll" that compatible to 64 bits then replace it to what you have now. 

By the way you can find this file by going to your local drive C: > Program Files > Adobe Photoshop CS6 (64 Bit).

And do not use any manipulated or illegal versions because its more better to buy or download the original and complete package of Adobe Products.
