Is Cute ftp 5 compatible with Windows 8?

I just upgraded to Windows 8.  I'm planning to install cute FTP 5 (32 bit) for file transfers and website management.  I'm also a fan of their mp3 and file search.  Would cute FTP 5 work on Windows 8?  Anyone here have the same app installed on Windows 8?

I've tried installing and running CuteFTP on my Windows 8 some time ago and everything worked just fine. It is a really nice, stable and fast FTP manager that works on every version of Windows and you definitely won't have any trouble installing or using it on your new Windows.

The latest version at the moment is CuteFTP 9 for Microsoft Windows and CuteFTP Mac Pro 3 for OS X. CuteFTP is not a free FTP application. This File Transfer Protocol tool is a commercial product and costs $59.99 for the Microsoft Windows version and $39.99 for the Mac version. If you want to try the latest version, make sure your computer meets the requirements.

CuteFTP 9 supports Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1 (64-bit only), and Windows 10 both 32-bit and 64-bit including Windows Server 2012 R2 and Windows Server 2016. It also requires Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable so install it first before installing CuteFTP. CuteFTP 9 supports the following web browsers:
