D3dx9_36.dll was not found when installing AveDesk

I have tried to install AveDesk – Desktop Enhancer and got this error message

This application has failed to start because d3dx9_36.dll was not found.”

When I reinstall it before, the error is fixed. But now I am unable to re-install because of my current location.

I have downloaded the file again and place the setup on my desktop and try to reinstall it again but it seems that I need to download again the missing .dll file.

Where can I download it?

And how can I fix the error?

D3dx9_36.dll was not found when installing AveDesk

The *.dll file that is needed for  the Avedesk application to work is missing or is corrupt, and therefore you will need to fix that for the application to work.

In case you have been able to use the application before without having any problems then you can use a registry fix program to try and correct that problem.

You will need to search for Ccleaner online, download it and install it and then use it for fixing problems with registry entries.

But if the problem started immediately you installed the application and you have not been able to use it successfully even one time, you will need to get another setup application and use it for installation.

D3dx9_36.dll was not found when installing AveDesk

DirectX is Microsoft’s application program interface program.

It is commonly known as API program, which helps you run the Game or Video related software very smoothly.

You are facing d3dx9_36.dll error, which means the DirectX file no. 36 is missing for the current work.

The DirectX for your PC is version 9 and XP.

Microsoft updates the DirectX program often. You need to download the updated files of DirectX from Microsoft.com.

Search DirectX 9 and download it. Then run the setup file.

As you have previous DirectX program installed on your Computer, the Setup program will update the necessary files and you will get your no.36 files.

Now try to install the AveDesk program.

It will install and run smoothly.
