Dameware mini remote control escape not working

I'm trying to use Dameware mini remote control to authenticate Windows response and run as a service and application. My problem is, I can't access the task manager using CTRL + SHIFT + ESCAPE buttons. I'm on Windows XP and I need help in Dameware mini remote control escape + Ctrl + shift.

Dameware mini remote control escape not working

Hi there,

 

DameWare Mini Remote Control Server is a utility used to establish the remote connection with another computer via the DameWare Remote Control Client and it shouldn't interfere with your system shortcuts for starting the task manager.

 

 

Another way to open the Task Manager on your computer is to press CTRL – ALT – DELETE together or to click the Start button – Run, type "appwiz.cpl" and press enter.
