Can we use different engineering and statistical functions in MS Excel? How can I perform Data analysis on Excel 2010?

Data Analysis On Excel 2010

MS Excel provides a Data Analysis Toolpack, which allows you to perform engineering and mathematical tests on the data. It allows you with the following features- 

• ANOVA-Single Factor 
• Descriptive Statistics
• Correlation 
• Covariance 
• Histogram 
• Fourier analysis
• Z-test
• t-test and many more.

You have to enable it to enjoy its tools and functions because it is disable by default.

To enable it, do the following-

• Click File->Options. 
• Select Add-Ins->Analysis ToolPak. 
• Click Go. 

In the Add-Ins dialog box, Select Analysis ToolPak->OK. 

After you have enabled it, you can access it by clicking Data->Data Analysis.
