You should try the following instruction to proceed with using the DDC and prevents your computer from crashing.

• First, stop and do nothing for a few minutes. Let your computer operation finish its command and it may take some time.
• Make sure that your disc space is not full.
• Make sure you have enough memory or RAM (Random Access Memory). To minimize your memory usage, don't open multiple application.
• Make sure you have the latest upgrades of software, spyware, firewall and drivers.
