Make sure that you've deleted all .sff files in your SF folder before reinstalling the game. Make sure that your anti-virus is not blocking your download because some of the files might get corrupted. Also make sure that you are running on Admin mode so that you have all the Admin privileges. Download the original .sff files but do not apply the manual patch. Wait for it to finish the patch on its own and be patient about it. After that, you can launch the game and play. Note that sometimes Soldier Front is now compatible with D drive so you have to install it on the C:. Also remember that it might not run on the Windows Vista and it would mean going back to XP or another Windows version that the game is compatible with.

Once installed, start Revo then select Soldier Front among the applications and click “Uninstall”. Follow the normal uninstall process. When uninstall is complete, click “Scan” to scan your computer for any leftover files and delete everything it finds. This removes everything the program created on your computer. When it is finished, exit Revo then install Soldier Front back. If the problem continues, try upgrading your system.
