Data lost during burning process need help to retrieve

Hello,

I accidently cut few files while burning a data DVD disk and the burning however failed and the data is lost. I need to retrieve the data and it is very necessary for me to do so. Should someone know to fix it kindly help me with the process.

Here are some things you might want to try to retrieve the data that you accidentally lost:

• Try Recuva File Recovery – It is a third party app that you can download for free or you can purchase. It is file recovery software that you can use to recover lost or damaged files. Here is a link.

• Or you can use the WHERE command to search your local hard disk.

• Start > Type cmd.exe > Run as administrator > Type the following code: Where /r c: /f /t *. (file extension of the files you’re looking for) > 0 & starts notepad 0.

• A notepad then will open all files with the same file extension as the ones you’re looking for on Drive C.

• Also, Try to check C:users<username>AppDataLocalMicrosoftWindowsBurn if the files are there.
