Data Lost From USB drive

Hello! I am a computer science student and I accidentally formatted my USB drive and I had some very important documents in it especially my very important subject which I am supposed to submit next week. Is there anyway I can recover the lost data, any software which can help me do this? I really need my documents because they are very very important for me. Please Help. Thanks!

Data Lost From USB drive

Below is a list of tools you can use to retrieve your data:

 

1. iCare Data Recovery Standard – you can download a demo version which allows you to save 10 files for free.  You can download it here

How to use iCare:

• Download the demo version
• Connect the USB drive that has been formatted on the computer
• Run and install the program
• When the following screen appears, go to “Format recovery”

• Select the USB drive that is connected to your computer and click “Recover” to search for the file

• You can also click on the “Show Files” button.  This will show a list of all the files that have disappeared from the USB drive
• After you have clicked “Show Files”, you will see a list of all the files that have been deleted.  You can save 10 files for free.

How to use Data Recovery Wizard:

• Download a copy of the program
• Open and run the program
• Scan the USB Drive
• Preview and recover lost files
