You tried to sign-in in your email account using your username and password but a message appears that someone has already used that account and that you are the same person and this is annoying.

How can someone else get the password? One reason is accessing unauthorized and the other reasons are quite good enough to be able to complete the process of 100 users sharing the same feature space. As such the original user requests the service provider with the report.

The service provider takes necessary action. Tips: Make the password long and complicated enough that none can steal. The other one is that the system has got an interest in it means that someone may perform nonsense with it. If the computer you used to log in to your email account is at home and is being shared with more than one household member, always log out your account every time you are finished using it.

If there are other users who are also using the same email service provider as you are like Yahoo, for example, and you normally don’t log out your account whenever you are finished, when the other user access his account or tries to log in to his email account, instead of opening the login page he will go directly to your inbox since your account is not logged out.

He might accidentally access your email messages. That’s why it is very important to log out your account every time you are finished.
