You need to follow these steps for your problem:

1. Activate your Windows Firewall with Run

2. quickly disable your antivirus program

3. Run the Associate Anti-Malware scan.

4. Visit your Windows Update Center

5. Expand your cluster of managers

6. Reset your network card

7. Update your network card driver

8. Reset TCP / IP to the default settings

9. Replace nlasvc.dll

10. Repair your registry

11. Reinstall Windows

12. Use a special package resolution
