Define Winscp Network Error Connection Refused And Solution.

This is a common error which we get in windows. What happens in this is when you try to request for a network connection across the net it gets refused by the server. To fix this error you will have to get the required trust certificates for the same. So download the trust certificates for that server and proceed. Hope this helps.
