Deleted app appears for update, how to fix?

I have installed Hill Climb Racing on my iPhone few days ago and I again deleted it. Today, the game appeared for an update in the app update list. Is this supposed to happen? What kind of error is this? What should I do to get rid of the unnecessary update?

Deleted app appears for update, how to fix?

Hi Marco,

 

There have been some issues regarding app appearing in the to-be-updated list of Apps.  One solution is to delete the App in the Settings.

Go to Settings, General and then, Usage. Browse through the Apps list by pressing Show All Apps if the required app does not appear immediately. Tap on the app and then Delete App.
