Dell Error Code 0147 And Its Solution

My computer is showing the Error Code 0147 and show a message error code 2000-0147 what does it mean can you solve and explain it?
Can I solve this error on my own?

Dell Error Code 0147 And Its Solution

This type of error codes only appears when there is some problem with your CD/DVD drive, or we can say that the CD/DVD drive has failed. Yes, you can solve this error, if you do not use the drive well then don’t do anything, if you use it to find the new CD/DVD drive get the user manual and replace the drive as instructed or contact for support.
