Is it possible to upgrade the RAM of a laptop? I want to do a Dell XPS 15 RAM upgrade as it has started to execute programs and applications very slowly. Please provide the best solutions.

Dell XPS 15 RAM upgrade technique

To upgrade the RAM of Dell XPS 15, first you need to find a compatible RAM of more GB. A RAM of higher GB will surely increase your PC’s performance. After getting the suitable RAM, follow these steps to insert the RAM inside the laptop:

• Remove the twelve screws from the bottom case including the two little screws under the cover.

• Now, you have the access to various parts like RAM, WLAN, heat sink and cooling fan, etc.

• You can see that your laptop has two RAM slots each of maximum 8 GB capacity.

SO, you can upgrade your RAM up to a total of 16 GB by installing the proper RAM into the slots.
