DELL XPS EXHAUST FAN HEATING LIKE HELL.

I am using DELL XPS L401X laptop from past 1 year, and my laptop usage is 24×7, but suddenly the exhaust fan of my laptop has started working strangely, it runs at very high speed even though the laptop is totally cool and just started, and it runs at the lowest speed ppossible, when laptop actually becomes very hot, what could be the actual problem? Should I contact customer care executive as my laptop is under warranty?

I'm sorry to hear about the problem you are experiencing. If what you are describing is accurate, this means the fan is malfunctioning. I would advise you to contact your customer care executive and get the problem sorted out with them as it is still under warranty.
