Deploy software update wizard access denied

Hello all

I was trying to install the software updates, but I was met with the following error.

 The message states:

The download software updates Wizard completed with errors

Error: Access in denied.

I have checked all the permissions that are absolutely correct. I've also managed to create a share in the same folder structure for Endpoint Definition Updates, so the process worked previously.

I don’t know where I am going wrong. Anyone can please guide me how to solve the issue, I'll be grateful.

Hello,

Mostly in these situations the site server computer account can download the necessary update files you needed, but they cannot be written to the shared folder in your system.

You tried here is also the same, download update files to somewhere else.
