Designing Software Installing Problem In My PC

Recently I installed some designing software in my three-year-old PC. When I try to give commands in it, sometimes they do not work properly. While other applications are working properly on my PC. So is it the problem with the software or with my PC and how can I fix those issues.

Designing Software Installing Problem In My PC

First of all, I will suggest you make sure that either this problem is occurring in a particular application or with some other applications. If the issue is only with one application or software then it must be a software issue. You can try to update that software and if still, the problem remains, it is because your PC is not supporting a higher version of that software. In that case, you should install and try to use the downgraded version of that software. But if this problem is occurring in more than one application, then this is a hardware issue.
