Hi, may I ask for your advice please. What is Windows Installer v4 technology? Is it available for Windows Vista, or with any other programs, so that I won't need to buy anything? I wish to install it in my computer having software of Windows XP. Do I need to have a separate installer? Do I have to use Vista? I wanted to make sure, whether, Vista will identify the Executable set-up software program. What should I do? Thanks.

Custom Action Execution on Update Uninstall, which able to add or change a custom action when an update is uninstalled, b.)
