I want to install From Dust on my Mac, but it shows the below problem, I am not sure why this error comes and what is this about.

From Dust-InstallShield Wizard

The setup has detected that version 1.00.002 of From Dust is already installed.

This setup installs an earlier version of From Dust (1.0.0).

You will have to uninstall the previous version before installing this version.

Hi There,

You are trying to install an earlier version of From Dust. The setup has detected that you have installed version 1.00.002 which is the latest. If you are not happy with the installed version of From Dust, then uninstall it from the control panel and then install From Dust, the earlier version which is 1.0.0.

Hello Donald,

The error says it all that you already having a latest version of the application you are attempting to install. If the new version is available in your system and still you want to have the older version you need to un-install the latest version and then install your desired version.

The other case can be no version is there in your system and still it is showing the error then it is a issue with registry values, in order to solve that you need to remove broken registry values of the latest application, you can use Ccleaner to do the same and then install your desired version of application.
