Device is not responding during the connection

Hello experts,

This error appears when I open my phone driver suite. I reboot the device and still not working from a while. Last week this worked just fine. Can anyone help me please with this error ? What is causing this error ?

Device is not responding during the connection

Hi Steve,

Have you recently updated either your computer or Phone firmware? Then, it is normal to face the issue. You can solve it by following the steps given below:

1. Download and install the latest driver for your computer.

2. Reboot if necessary.

3. Update the PC suite for your phone.

4. Connect your phone to the computer with the appropriate settings.

5. Configure your PC suite with proper network settings, if required.

Hopefully, your problem will be solved.
