Today, I was installing AutoCAD. I noticed that on the website of Autodesk, there were two options for the download of AutoCAD. One was AutoCAD student version, and the other one was AutoCAD full version. I don’t know the difference between them. Can you tell the difference between the AutoCAD student version full version? And which version should I prefer?
Difference Between The AutoCAD Student Version Full Version
As you already know that AutoCAD is available in two versions, namely AutoCAD student version and AutoCAD full version. Autodesk launched two versions of AutoCAD to provide convenience to students.
AutoCAD student version:
In this version, Autodesk provides a special facility for the students. In this, students can operate AutoCAD for free for three years in the form of a trial period. It contains the educational serial number. The disadvantage of this version is that you cannot use this version for any commercial or professional use. When you export any file in this version, there are many watermarks of the ‘AutoCAD Educational version.’
AutoCAD Full version:
In this version, Autodesk does not provide any special facility for the students. In this, there is no free trial period. For using it, you have to purchase the subscription from Autodesk. It is mainly used for professional and commercial use. While exporting the file in AutoCAD Full version, there are no watermarks present.
