Can anybody distinguish the difference of ‘Multimag Slide Scan 4000b’ and ‘Reflecta DigitDia 5000’. I just got damaged my ‘DigitDia’. What can be done by me? No guarantee card available for ‘Reflecta DitDia’.

Difference of ‘Multimag Slide Scan 4000b’ and ‘Reflecta DigitDia 5000’

 

There is no known difference between Reflecta Digitdia 5000 and Braun Multimag Slide Scan 4000b. They have the same structure and are of the same production. The only known difference is that they are sold under different names.

If your DigitDia is damaged, the only thing you can do is to send the device for repair. You can send your damaged DigitDia through the branch or dealer you bought it from or straight to reflecta. The information of reflecta’s address is on their website. Do not forget to add the invoice when you purchase the device and fill out the form.
