When checking “Enforce Password History Remembered,” how many passwords are remembered by default? How is the guest account in Server 2003 different from the guest account in other editions?

By default windows remembers 24 passwords on the domain and 0 passwords on the stand alone computer when the Enforce Password History is checked. You can also set how many passwords will be remembered before users can reuse a password. Guest account in windows is a low privilege user account, for users who use the computer occasionally.  In Windows Server 2003 the guest account is more restrictive as compared to other versions, and its disabled and not password protected by default. The users of this account cannot install any software or hardware but can access applications in a system.
