Difficulty playing Play Station 4 Online

Why can’t I play my PS4 online? I recently set up internet connection on my PS4 and the device is connected but whenever I try to play online the console is not connecting to the PSN. I taught the console is not connected to the internet, but when I check the connection, it was okay because I was able to check movies and post on Facebook but I was unable to access the PS Store. Is my console faulty? or am i to register before i can access the PSN?

Difficulty playing Play Station 4 Online

I can understand your problem and can suggest you with a simple

step. This has worked fine with PS geeks like you.

Just open settings and select Network in the menu nextly setup your

internet connection and don't change any of your settings. The only

thing you have to do is change MTU to 1473.

If every thing is working fine after this fix, later change it back

to 1500.
