Digi 200 vanished when I installed demo version of Propellerhead

I need help with my digi 002 and Pro Tools 10. When I open Pro Tools 10 it shows an error report “Dyld Error Message: Library not loaded: @executable_path/../Frameworks/DigiPlatformSupport.framework/Versions/A/DigiPlatformSupport  Reason: Incompatible library version: Pro Tools require version 10.0.0 or later, but DigiPlatformSupport provides version 7.2.0”. This all happened after I installed a demo version of Propellerhead Record then suddenly Digi 200 vanished from my output list and I can no longer access Pro Tools 10. I tried using several solutions like reinstalling my drivers, Pro Tools and deleting from my library the audio preferences, but it still didn’t work. Thank you for helping.

Digi 200 vanished when I installed demo version of Propellerhead

 

The installation seems to not be successful. Then the library files will be there. If the installation was successful, then there is other problem that the data of libraries are deleted from your machine or have been removed from the directory where it is required. As such the installation is possible. This is a very useful technique that is awesome for the newbie’s. You will need to uninstall and then install it again and enable any latest antivirus in your machine. You will find more useful information available at the website of the software origination.
