Director Player Error on Top Notch/Summit Installation

I have a system running Windows 8 and I am trying to install the Top Notch/Summit on it but it didn't work. An error will appear if when I continue. It says:

Director Player Error

This projector file is corrupt! Unable to continue.

I want to know if this can run on my Windows 8 and if its compatible. If so, what do I need to make it work? Any help will be appreciated.

Director Player Error on Top Notch/Summit Installation

Hello there,

As per support team there should not be any issue to run director player on windows 8 or windows 8.1 system.

However for Top notch/summit installation, new patch is released.

Follow this link and proceed as per instructions. Hopefully your problem will be sorted out.

Last but not the least, Don’t forget to keep your Windows updated regularly, even if a minor patch is released, please install it before you carry out this exercise.
