This error says device removed even though it is not removed.
Do I reinstall the DirectX or the NVidia program?
Bless you and thank you.
DirectX Error
DirectX Error function “GetDeviceRemovedReason” failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED: hardware device removed.. GPU: “NVIDIA GetForce GTX 285”, driver: 28562. this error is usually caused by the graphics driver crashing; try installing the latest driver. Also, make sure you have a supported graphics card with at least 512MB.

DirectX error. Hardware device removed? Reinstall DirectX or NVidia?
Hi Dean_paul,
Try to uninstall the Nvidia driver. Then uninstall DirectX. After that restart your machine and run windows updates. After installing windows updates, re install the latest DirectX version and install the latest NVIDIA driver. Then sometimes it will work fine. Please note that when you downloading beta versions of a driver, these unexpected errors may come out. Here are some forum posts related to the topic.
Reading these also you can get an idea about the problem.
Hope this is helpful.

You may want to roll back the previous version of your Nvidia graphics card driver. Sometimes even the latest version of graphics card drivers do not conform to the game or application you are using, therefore it may be your best bet to use the older version instead. Here are the steps to do this:
1. Click Start then type "device manager".
2. On the Device Manager window, look for Display adapters from the list, then right-click the Nvidia driver below it, and click Properties.
3. Click the Driver tab, and click the "Roll Back Driver" button.
4. Close everything, and check if the error is fixed.
