Hello,

Recently, I thought to run

 

 

 

 

 

 

a game and when I tried to play the game the following error message occurred on the screen. I meet all the system requirements and installed properly. Can you please help me with this error? Thanks in advance.

Hi Matthew,

Perhaps you should try to check your resolution first for that game. If it was set at ‘1600×1200’, try to change it to ‘1920×1080’. If the error still occurs, try to use window mode. You can try this tutorial.
