I use my Apple TV 3 to stream video, but playing XBMC videos doesn't prompt full screen like the available videos in ios do. It only shows a small screen with many black bars on the side. Is there a way I can get it in full screen? Or any way I can get the screen bigger? I don't mind stretching it. Is there a setting I'm missing? What should I do?
Display output of XBMC videos on Apple TV3 cannot go fullscreen
1. Before opening XBMC allow global AirPlay reflecting by double-tapping home button, taking from left to right to convey up the volume control plus AirPlay icon, in addition selecting your Apple TV from the options.
2. Drive to Settings -> Appearance -> Skin and alteration the skin to something like Confluence (not obligatory, but makes working XBMC on a TV easier).
3. Drive to Settings -> System -> Video output plus change it to "Display #2"
4. At this time you could use the iDevice screen for maneuvering navigation by swiping. Tap to choice things, 2 finger taps to go back.
