Dissertation questionnaire design and data collection

I am currently working on a dissertation which is heavily based on a question and gather opinions of the public. Can anyone recommend me a good site that allows the designing of a questionnaire and collection of data? Also is there anyone who knows if there are sites which can help in the analysis of the data gathered? For instance, testing of hypothesis, correlations and, of course, more basic analysis.

There are various websites which provide research survey software with analytical tools and information. You must determine which one suits your needs and purposes. Most are inexpensive and still offer many options and a high level of customization. Many also include mobile applications for monitoring and editing your research. More expensive options offer deeper customization: scripting, deep analysis, detailed reports, and advanced questions.
