Disturbance when try to install VoiceOver Kit in Windows XP

Hello,

I am using Windows XP on my computer. When I am trying to install the VoiceOver Kit, I get the following error message:

iTunes

The VoiceOver Kit could not be installed because the user "tim" has an account restriction

Need your help.

Disturbance when try to install VoiceOver Kit in Windows XP

Hey Noel leal!

This error occurs due to only two reasons.

 

Reason 1: You have not set password for Administrator Account.

 

Reason 2: You are not logged in the windows with Admin Account.

 

Now the question is how to solve this problem. Here are two solutions for you that will help you to solve this problem.

 

Solution 1:If you have not set the password for Administrator Account, then log off and set the password first for the Admin Account then log in again and install the software.

 

Solution 2: If you are not using Administrator Account then log off and log in with Administrator Account by entering Admin credentials.

 

Your problem will be solved.
