Dll file error with MSVBVM60.DLL message

While installing a DEC software I came across a text that reads “a required Dll file,MSVBVM60.DLL.was not found..

Dll file error with MSVBVM60.DLL message

This indicated that there is a DLL file is missing from your Windows Folder in drive C. There are few things that you should try

Run Ccleaner and clean all the registries by using it. It removes all the unwanted registries that keeps attaching themselves with other files and causing problems like that.

This might be an indication that your windows is somehow corrupted but I won’t recommend you to install a new copy. So better leave it as it is and proceed to next step.

You can simply download the missing file from any of the two links.

Just download it and keep it in Windows/system32 and it will solve the issue
