DNA Master Database Validation; Data Module error.

I was using DNA Master when my computer froze. So I restarted it and went back to DNA Master. What happens is that when I try to open a DNA Master file I get this error. Even when I also clicked the suggested button to take care of the error it wasn’t a help either. How do I fix this?

DNA Master Database Validation; Data Module error.

Hello Avel,

To fix that issue, you will need to click through all the error messages that have appeared in order to get rid of them.

• Go to the right-most button at the top of the table that says “Download from FTP site”, and then click that button.
• Once you do that, the program will dial out and update all the necessary files.
• After that you will close the table.
• And then under “Help” you will need to click “Update DNA Master”, and then let the program retrieve all the most recent updates.
• After that close the program and then restart it.
