Hi, experts!
I have this old optima computer that does not load Windows XP. I don't know what to do with this crap. Do I have to use my optima recovery disk for this before trying to install my Windows XP again?
Do I have to use optima recovery disk for my problem?
Hi Neil,
You can use your recovery disk. But before you do that, it would be advisable to try it again. If this does not work then your problem lies somewhere in the hardware, the disk, which may be scratched, its USB ports or the DVD writer, and while you are at it check your RAM and ensure that it is still intact. After exhausting this option you can now go with the recovery disk option. http://www.do-download.com/System/Backup-Restore/Optima-Optima-215812.html.
