Do I need decoders in playing mpg in win amp?

I have been using winamp as my primary audio player. I want to play mpg videos as well but no images show, only the audio is playing. Do I need to install decoders in playing mpg in win amp? If so, what are those decoders?

These kinds of problems happen often with Winamp, so I'd recommend that you'd rather try other audio players, but don't worry for there's a solution. Just download and install the k-lite codec pack it can play almost any file type available. Here's the link http://www.codecguide.com/download_kl.htm

First check your computer for decoders which helps to play mpg videos. Then if needed you can download decodes from http://www.flvplayer4free.com/mpg-codec.htm or http://www.free-codecs.com/download/ffdshow.htm
