Do I need a Nokia N8 wifi sharing software?

I have the 16 GB Nokia N8 that has a 256 MB RAM, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, UPnP technology, 680 MHz ARM 11 CPU, Broadcom BCM2727 GPU and Symbian 3 OS.  Do I need a Nokia N8 wifi sharing software to make my phone a hotspot or is there a built-in option for that?

Do I need a Nokia N8 wifi sharing software?

To turn on your Nokia N8 WiFi spot, you need to download WiFi sharing software.

I will highly recommend Joikuspot. With Joikuspot, you can enjoy WiFi access in your own since it has its own security built-in feature  to block unknown connections.

Just to quickly note that if you are using an anti-virus program then the app won’t work.

Do I need a Nokia N8 wifi sharing software?

If you want to turn your N8 into a 3G, hotspot, you have to download a joikuspot software on this site. It has a security feature that you have to set to enhance your internet security.

After installing, you can follow the following steps to enable it.

Click internet, >turn phone into a wifi internet gateway, then click on the computer to connect to joikuspot network.
