I have been using kaspersky for a year, when my kaspersky suddenly crashed. Do I need to reinstall kaspersky to the registry fix?

Hello Matthew,

Good Day,

Does this happen every time or for one time only?

Try this:

1. Reboot PC in Safe Mode
2. Open Regedit
3. Search for "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetserivcesKL1Parameters"
4. Delete the entire "klopp" string
5. Reboot PC to normal mode.

If problems this persist, Then try reinstalling it. Also, check your keys.

Step-1

Uninstall Kaspersky

Step-2

Reboot

Step-3

Install windows 7 service pack 1

Step-4

Reboot

Step-4

Reinstall kaspersky

Step-5

Reboot

Step-6

Do a databases update

Step -7

Reboot
