Believe it or not, this issue is reported by a number of Windows 7 users. What we have found is that this reaction from your system is associated to a recent Windows Security Essentials update.
These files are believed to be virus definition files downloaded with the latest Windows Security Essentials update. It is normal for Windows to add such files along with new system updates. However, in most cases, these files are hidden files and therefore you are not able to view them.
In this case, it seems that the files are not hidden and creating confusion among users. As far as we know, these are virus definition files that you might want to ignore as off now. We expect Windows to hide these files in further updates.
