Do mobile devices need an antivirus?

Hi,

I have a Droid Phone. It has been a bit weird lately. I keep getting adds when I get online I get adds on Facebook as well as other places. I don't think I should and I definitely thinks something is wrong. Is there some type of antivirus for mobile devices? Do they even need them? Also (if there is) shouldn't mobile devices (such as phones) already come with one? Computers do. Also, how would I get it the adds off? Thanks!

Do mobile devices need an antivirus?

As the man gets sick mobile also got sick. Yes phones get effected from the viruses. Generally, these viruses come from computer, file sharing, downloading content and also from the store from which we download the applications. Yes Avast, Avg and Avira Anti viruses which are mainly used. You can download them from your play store. Yes, you can block these adds by installing adds block application from the stores available on your phone.
