Do not find any folder in Recycle Bin
Hi, what you get is because, you may be are choosing to delete your data permanently, in this case data will not be held within the Recycle Bin , as you said, instead it will be deleted permanently . But, of course there is a solution, if you delete a file and you want to recover it, the best way is to use one of the many programs in windows that allow to recover data from the hard disk, personally i strongly advise you to use "recuva", i admit it is the best program i have seen in this field , it will take you a couple of clicks and some patience and you will get all your files back ,and you will astonished how good it works!!
this is the link for the program !!

hope this is helping!

Do not find any folder in Recycle Bin
There are 2 reasons that the folders don't appear in the recycle bin. If you are pressing shift+delete the files/folders are pernamently deleted and you can only recover them with 3rd party software like recuva or easy recovery. The second guess is that the settings are set to delete files/folders pernamently, so go to Recycle Bin proporties and remove if checked "Do not move files to the recycle bin"
