Yes, through Microsoft Outlook Hotmail Connector you can simply join your two accounts at one place.

1. Download Microsoft Outlook Hotmail Connector.

2. Install it on your system.

3. Choose Outlook Connector and open Add a New Account.

4. Enter your Windows Live Hotmail address in the e-mail address field.

5. Provide the password.

6. Hit OK.

7. Hit Ok again.
