There are plenty of ways you can manage your air travelling plans.

1. One such easy option is to download MS Excel file from the link – http://www.fyxm.net/excel-flight-schedule-s.html. It’s free and runs on the Windows XP/Vista/7 OS. You need to know basic MS Excel skills though.

2. Flight organizer is another such program supporting Windows, Mac or Linux which you can download free from this link – http://downloads.fyxm.net/Flight-Organizer-113164.html.

3. If you have an iPhone, you can also check out this beautiful app called "Flight Life Organizer" downloadable at – https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/flightlife-organizer/id322700637?mt=8. However, it costs £1.99.

4. The simplest way is to use your mobile calendar to add reminders of your flight schedules and put alarms on each such reminder.
