Doc2Any Print Driver Installation issue on Windows 7

Hello. I am using Doc2Any in one of my application. This works nice with the Windows Vista but when it comes to Windows Seven, I get the following error.

Doc2Any attempts to create a PostScript printer for the purpose of converting the document to PDF.

And I get the following error during the creation of printer.

Please suggest a solution.

Operation could not be completed (error 0×00000705). Windows cannot locate a suitable printer driver.

Contact your administrator for help locating and installing a suitable driver.

Doc2Any Print Driver Installation issue on Windows 7

Hello Ryan,

The error could be possibly be caused by something that is related to the printer.

To resolve it, you will need to try the following:

• You should try removing all of the printers you have installed on your computer by going to the Devices and Printers console and see if that will resolve the issue.
• If the error still persists, you will need to go ahead and try uninstalling various applications that related to the Doc2Any application and see if that will resolve the issue.
• If the error still persists, try installing the following hotfixes:
  • Citrix Hotfix XA650W2K8R2X64011
  • Citrix Hotfix XA650W2K8R2X64001
