Hi all,

When I try opening the PDF in word document by using export option I am getting this error. I checked the font everything seems to be correct, not able to see anything abnormal. There is absolutely no change in document, how come I can get this error? How I can rectify this error? Please suggest me some solutions. Thanks.

Acrobat was unable to make this document accessible because of the following error:

Bad PDF; error in processing fonts. [1]

Please note that some pages of this document may have been changed.

Because of this failure, you are advised to not save these changes.

Document error using Adobe Acrobat

This is a little bit confusing. I think what you mean is you have a Microsoft Word document and you exported it or converted it into PDF and that’s when the error happened when you opened the file using PDF reader. If the file can’t be opened, it is possible that when you save it into PDF the process didn’t complete successfully though it didn’t alert you of any error.

If this is the case, create another PDF file using the same Microsoft Word Document. Try using Foxit Reader to create the PDF file. It integrates very well with Microsoft Office Word where you can convert your document and save it into PDF format. To download, visit Foxit Reader 6. Select your operating system from the dropdown menu and click Free Download. See image.

Once downloaded, install it. It will also install the plug-in for Microsoft Office Word. Now to create the PDF file, open Microsoft Office Word and open the document to convert. Select Foxit Reader PDF tab, click Create PDF, and create the file. See image.

After that, you can now open the new PDF file using Adobe Reader or any PDF reader application.
