DocuSign software to create the electronic signature error

Hi there,

I always use the registered DocuSign software to create the electronic signature. However, when I try to send a document to multiple recipients, an error appears and please find below screenshot for your reference.

My intention is that envelope field 1 shall match with two specific recipients and envelope field 2 shall match with the other three recipients. But the matching process does not lead to the desired result.

Invalid Bulk Information

Bulk Recipient 2 (0) in the bulk file 

does not have a matching bulk recipient in the envelope 1.

Can any expert explain the situation and help me to solve the error please? Many thanks.

Hi there Robert P Nunez,

It took me a while before I'd found out what is bothering you. The thing is you are trying to send different parts of the same envelope to a different user. There is no such option and you cannot send the part of the envelope to one bulk recipients and another to second bulk.

Users in the first and second field do not match and that is causing the error.

To send different parts to different users you will either need to send one part to one bulk at the time or create two separated envelopes.
