Does connecting one brand of motherboard differ from another

Can I connect computer mainboard/motherboard in series, and if yes, how can I do that? Does connecting one brand of motherboard differ from another (connecting only) and two intel motherboards or only two AMD?

Does connecting one brand of motherboard differ from another

Since the motherboard has already been designed basing on the system that you are using, you can only be able to connect it in a manner that will enable it to fit into the system and allow the devices that are to be connected to it to fit properly.

As for connecting one brand of motherboard to another system that is not of the same brand, sometimes it may work and sometimes it will not. For the systems that are different brands but they have the same make that will allow the motherboard to fit, then it will be possible for you to use their motherboards interchangeably. But it is advisable to use the same brand so as to avoid any compatibility issues that may arise.
