Does PSTSync also synchronize calendars, photos, and email attachments?

I've heard that PST sync outlook sync add-on is the fastest way to synchronize multiple large email files from one computer to another. I want to know if this is safe and secure and also if it can also synchronize calendars, photos, and attachments.
