Where can I download ScreenBlur and is it a freeware?
Does it have a lock screen function and does it have an auto-lock function?
Would it work on a Windows 7 64 bit system?

Yes it does have auto lock function in which it locks your screen when your not using your mouse and keyboard for awhile. You can also lock your screen by locking it through your keyboard: Press and release the left Ctrl key twice.
