The kingmax flash drive may write protected itself and it has no write protect option to change. So, the flash drive refused to format in any situation. Go to the manufacturer’s website and download format tool. The tools will help to format the flash drive without any problem.

Dont format kingmax flash problem
Hi,
If your flash drive is showing message Don't format kingmax flash then you can format it with the help of command prompt. Just follow the following steps:
1) Insert flash drive into your computer USB port.
2) Open my computer to see what letter is assigned to your flash drive. Note down letter.
3) If you are using Windows-7 then press window button+R a dialog box appear. Type cmd and enter a black colored screen will appear.
4) In MS-DOS window type "G:/fs:FAT32" without quotes. Here G is the letter which is assigned to you flash drive. If flash drive is having some another letter then replace G with your letter.
5) Hit Enter "Three" times and you have formatted your flash.
Note: If you are formatting a drive of capacity more than 10 GB then change FAT32 to NFTS.
I hope this works for you.
Thanks.
Dont format kingmax flash problem
Hello dear,
You have used the usual method for formatting your flash drive. In GUI mode, you cannot format your flash drive if it becomes corrupted. You should use DOS Mode to format the drive.
Run the computer in DOS mode, and type this command.
>Format /x
Type the drive letter of the flash drive before you format. It will fix your problem, and will format your flash easily.
I hope it will help you.
Thanks.
